Description
Build, configure, and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. Work closely with process owners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize applications in ServiceNow
- Create and maintain workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and tools
- Collaborate with process owners to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure scalability, performance, and best practices in all developments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the platform
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and development tools
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation
- Ability to work with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

Education
