Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement API-based integrations for ServiceNow
- Use REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols to connect third-party systems
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance data exchange
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and workflows
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration solutions for reliability and efficiency
- Maintain integration documentation and best practice
Qualifications
- Proven experience with ServiceNow API development and integrations
- Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
- Experience with authentication methods such as OAuth, Basic Auth, and API keys
- Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware tools
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
