For working with us!
We cut out the noise and focus on candidates you’ll actually want to hire.
• Deep Vetting Up Front – Every candidate is rigorously assessed for skills, communication, and culture fit before you meet them.
• Streamlined Communication – We handle scheduling and follow-ups so you don’t waste time chasing details.
• Tight Feedback Loops – Your input shapes every shortlist, making each round more precise.
• Automation Where It Counts – We clear bottlenecks with smart tech, while keeping human judgment front and center.
We’re a boutique agency, which means we focus on a specific niche—ServiceNow, ITSM, and related roles—and work with fewer clients so we can give you our full attention. That means deeper expertise, more personalized service, and candidates who are a true fit. You’ll spend less time in interviews, make stronger hires, and often see better value for your budget than with big, high-volume firms.
Being veteran-owned shapes everything we do. We bring the discipline, integrity, and mission-focused mindset honed in military service to every engagement. We make decisions under pressure, act decisively, and hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and accountability—because when we commit to delivering for you, we deliver.

I ran two panel calls with roughly twenty vendors to fill an ITSM Incident Process Manager (CTH). Despite detailed requirements—must-have Incident experience, current ITIL, authorized states—I was buried in resumes from developers ‘wanting to be’ process managers. Even a premium firm missed the mark.
When hiring resumed, TTI One came in, listened once, and sent a focused shortlist: candidates with real Incident process chops, willing ownership, current ITIL, and the right work authorization. Every interview was productive. Instead of sifting and re-explaining, I compared three excellent finalists and made the hire within a few weeks. That’s the difference between volume and vetting.
