Description
Own the strategy, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow CMDB aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Ensure data accuracy, relationship mapping, and service visibility to enable IT operations and governance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the strategy for the ServiceNow CMDB aligned with CSDM standards
- Design and implement CMDB structures, classes, and relationships
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across the CMDB
- Define governance processes for CMDB maintenance and updates
- Collaborate with IT operations, security, and service owners for service visibility
- Optimize CMDB for reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CMDB or CSDM Architect in ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of CSDM framework and ITIL practices
- Expertise in CMDB design, relationship mapping, and data modeling
- Experience in integrating CMDB with discovery tools and other systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB preferred
