Description

Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of Change Management processes in ServiceNow. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure changes are efficiently planned, assessed, and implemented with minimal risk to business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain Change Management processes in ServiceNow
  • Govern and enforce adherence to Change Management policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and plan changes
  • Monitor change implementation to minimize business disruption
  • Continuously review and improve process efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in ITSM Change Management processes
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Change module
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance risk with operational needs
